Thermoelectromotive force of hot charge carriers produced by strong SHF electric field in Gesub(1-x)Sisub(x) monocrystals irradiated with fast electrons

Description
Thermoelectromotive force hot charge carriers (Usub(T)) in n- and p-Gesub(1-x)Sisub(x) monocrystals irradiated with fast electrons at a temperature 77 <= T <= 30a K have been discovered and experimentally investigated. Samples with x=0.05 and x=0.15 have been studied. In Gesub(1-x)Sisub(x) monocrystals irradiated with fast electrons the dependence Usub(T)(E) is stated to differ significantly from the one in non-irradiated samples
