Multilocular cystic nephroma: a case report

Description

The authors report a case of multilocular cystic nephroma. The predominant benign character of the disease is highlighted. The age distribution is bi-modal, with higher incidence in male children and female adult. Even being rare, this lesion must be included in the differential diagnosis of renal masses, mainly when a mixed pattern is present on ultrasound or computed tomography. (author)
