New pentanuclear complex Ru5(CO)11(μ4-O)(μ3-H)(p-MeC6H4C(O)C(H)=CPh)3. Transformations of the triruthenium cluster Ru3(CO)12 in thermal reactions with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds

Description
The new pentanuclear complex Ru5(CO)11(μ4-O)(μ3-H)(p-MeC6H4C(O)C(H)=CPh)3 was synthesized by the reaction of Ru3(CO)12 with 3-phenyl-1-p-tolylprop-2-en-1-one. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the complex was established by X-ray diffraction. Three of five ruthenium atoms form five-membered oxaruthenacycles with the organic ligands. The complex with an unusual structure has 84 valence electrons and is stabilized by one bridging μ4-O ligand in a square-planar environment, one bridging μ3-H ligand located in the plane passing through three ruthenium atoms, and a semibridging interaction with one of the carbonyl groups

Новый пентаядерный комплекс Ru5(СО)11(μ4-O)(μ3-Н)(p-МеС6Н4С(O)С(Н)=СРh)3 получен по реакции Ru3(CO)12 с 1-п-толил-3-фенилпроп-2-ен-1-оном. Комплекс охарактеризован данными элементного анализа, ЯМР 1H и ИК-спектрами, строение установлено методом рентгеноструктурного анализа. Три из пяти атомов рутения образуют пятичленные оксарутенациклы с молекулами органического лиганда. Комплекс необычного строения имеет 84 валентных электрона и стабилизирован двумя мостиковыми лигандами: μ4-O, имеющим плоскоквадратное окружение, μ3-Н, расположенным в плоскости трех атомов рутения, и полумостиковым взаимодействием с одной из карбонильных группAdditional details
