Method of restoration of one-way cutting coolant-tube drills
Description
The process of restoration of drills to be used for drilling deep holes in NPP parts is described. It is shown that the drills restored by argon-arc welding of the drill body with a steel holder supporting a welded-up hard alloy plate, enable to increase the drilling efficiency by 20-25%. Restoration can be repeated several times, if the drill body is in good condition. It presents no technological difficulties andi is profitable
