Description
A list of the most important general regularities of the action of weak (non-thermal) and superweak (natural) electromagnetic fields upon biosystems and nonorganic condensed matter is presented. The results of several independent research programs were taken into account. Empiric regularities formulated indicate strongly on important role of nuclear magnetic resonance in geomagnetic field in the mechanisms of the influence of electromagnetic fields. 6 refs
