Phase equilibria in the AgGaTe2-HgTe and AgInTe2-HgTe systems

Description
The phase diagrams of the AgGaTe2-HgTe and AgInTe2-HgTe systems have been determined. The lattice parameters of solid solutions have also been evaluated in both investigated systems on the base of differential thermal and X-ray phase and microstructural analyses
