An electrical conductor with low radiation-induced current

Description

The invention is concerned with electrical conductors, and especially, a process and device intended for reducing radiation induced electric currents, in the cables transmitting the signals from a neutron detector inside a nuclear reactor, and in other cables of the same type. An electrical conductor with low radiation-induced current is described. A sheath, made of a material with a low neutron-electron reaction probability, surrounds a conductor, made of another material with a low neutron-electron reaction probability
