Structure and electrophysical properties of lead selenide alloyed with lanthanoid (Gd, Dy, Ho)
Description
By the methods of microstructural, X-ray phase analyses the structure and properties of lead selenide alloyed by gadolinium, dysprosium and holmium are investigated; electrophysical parameters of the alloys and their microhardness are measured. The donor nature of lanthanide atoms (Gd, Dy, Ho) in lead selenide is confirmed. Donor activity of the atoms is much less than 1 and it decreases with the growth in their concentration in metal-ceramic samples
