Muon-catalyzed fusion experiments at RIKEN-RAL muon facility

Description
An apparatus for muon catalyzed fusion experiment has been installed in the RIKEN-RAL muon facility at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and a test experiment using a small amount of tritium has been performed. In the talk, the details of the experimental apparatus and a preliminary result of the test experiment are reported. (author)
