Description

We perform a theoretical study for x-ray emission from the inner-shell states and hollow atoms of S and Fe ions excited by black-body radiation of x-ray sources. We discuss the measurement of x-ray temperature by x-ray emission from the inner-shell excited states hollow atoms. These will be useful for x-ray astrophysics. (author)
