Description

The goal of Nuclear Power Plant lifetime management is to preserve the functionality, performance and qualification for the safety systems and equipment during the whole operating time of the plant. Paper summarize new infrastructure, as LOCA device, high voltage laboratory and gamma irradiation chamber for supporting of qualification programs at NPPs in Czech Republic as well as in the EU. The infrastructure was built under project Sustainable Energy (SUSEN), which was supported by European Commission and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport Czech Republic and shifts the boundaries of qualification processes for current as well as next generation of nuclear reactors.
