Development of an express technique of evaluation of concentration of alpha-active aerosols on the air of the 'Ukrytie'

The experimental model of the express measuring system for determination of specific concentration of the long-lived radioactive aerosols of the technogenic origin is developed. The measuring system takes into account the distorting contribution of alpha-particles - the products of decay of radionuclides of radon and thoron series. For it the aerodynamic and energy differences in properties of aerosols of various origin are used. The sampling device operates on the principle of virtual impaction. The design is protected by the patent of Ukraine.
