Description
This article introduces radioactive noble gas sampling and measurement in vent stack for a PWR nuclear power plant. Based on the tests of sampling and measurement system leakage rate, pressurization ability and nuclide detection limit, and comparison of the monitoring data from the sampling and measurement system and on-line gas spectrometer, it indicated that the improved system of radioactive noble gas sampling and measurement can satisfy the gaseous effluent measurement requirements, then make suggestions about noble gas sampling and measurement in vent stack.
