Ionization composition of laser plasma

Description
The paper is concerned with investigation of heavy element laser plasma charge composition, the nucleus charge being Z>20, with respect to spectra in the helium-like ion resonance line range. Satellite line group relative intensities belonging to ions with different ionization ratio: from (He)- to (0)-type ion in plasma of elements from titanium to copper, are determined. For the case of iron laser plasma the charge composition of ions with Z=20-25 is determined. The mesured ion relative concentrations are compared with the calculation results of ionization equilibrium from coronal (Ne=0) and dense (Ne=1020-1022 cm-3) plasma
