Corpuscular radiation equipment with parts made of superconducting material
Description
The material of the superconducting screening lenses of the electron microscope is subject to X-rays. So that the superconducting property is not destroyed, sopper or silver is mixed with the niobium-tin sintered metal. The vacuum tubes consists of silver, German silber, a palladium-silver alloy or a platinum-iridium alloy (selection of range of wave lengths, critical wavelength). (RW)

Das Material der supraleitenden Abschirmlinsen des Elektronenmikroskops ist Roentgenstrahlung ausgesetzt. Damit die Supraleitfaehigkeit nicht zerstoert wird, ist dem Niob-Zinn-Sintermetall Cu oder Ag zugemischt. Die Vakuumrohre bestehen aus Ag, Neusilber, einer Palladium-Silber-Legierung oder einer Platin-Iridium-Legierung (Auswahl eines Wellenlaengenbereiches, kritische Wellenlaenge). (RW)Files
