Determination of yttrium and niobium on standard silicate rocks by X-ray fluorescence analyses

Description

Analytical data obtained by x-ray florescence on niobium and yttrium in eleven international standards are reported with the double aim of furnishing matrix effect coefficients for niobium and yttrium analytical lines and to give a set of data for these two trace elements in international standards. To obtain the matrix effect coefficient values, use has been made of the same procedure as described by Franzini et al. (X-Ray Spectrom.; 1:151 (1972)). (U.K.)
