Phase diagram of Ge - Te system in vicinity of germanium telluride

Description
By the results of the investigation of growth regularities of germanium telluride crystals from gas phase in the closed system the phase diagram T-x-projection is specified. It has been found that the Gesub(1-x)Tesub(x) phases respond to alloys with tellurium excess. The curve enclosing the homogeneity region of the side of germanium is plotted
