Analysis of high-purity volatile compounds

Description
The review of the current state of the analysis of the high-purity volatile compounds is presented; the possibilities of the most popular and perspective methods for the analysis of the volatile inorganic hydrides and chlorides as well as organometallic compounds are considered. The analytical characteristics of the different methods of analysis when determining impurities of Cd, B, In, V, Mo, W and Te in each of the indicated classes of the volatile compounds are discussed. The main factors restricting the limiting possibilities of the methods of analysis are revealed

Представлен обзор современного состояния анализа высокочистых летучих веществ, рассмотрены возможности наиболее распространенных и перспективных методов анализа летучих неорганических гидридов и хлоридов, а также металлоорганических соединений. Обсуждаются аналитические характеристики различных методов анализа при определении примесей Cd, B, In, V, Mo, W, Te в каждом из указанных классов летучих соединений.
