Tin dioxide was prepared from reaction of mettalic tin and nitric acid. The obtained powder was niobia doped and characterized after calcination. (author)

Foram preparados pos de dioxido de estanho a partir da reacao entre estanho metalico e acido nitrico. O po obtido foi dopado com niobia e caracterizado, apos o tratamento termico. (autor)
