Principal trends of work of the 'NIKIMT' scientific-production association in field of welding

Description
Main directions of the institute activity in the field of welding engineering are considered. Studies on developing technology of explosion welding of adapters up to 300 mm in diameter, made of VT1-0 and OT4-1 titanium, with 46 KhNM alloy and 12Kh18N10T steel, were conducted. A series of works on the effect of reactor irradiation on mechanical properties of nickel, HAl alloy, Kh40N50M alloy and their welded joints, was performed
