Description

We analyze the charge density distribution of 3He under the assumption that nucleons are built of quarks. Our interest is to investigate the effect of the additional terms that appear in the 3He wavefunction because of the antisymmetrization principle applied at the level of quarks as elementary constitutents. We conclude from our calculation that antisymmetrization at the level of quarks may lead to a substantial contribution to the form factor beyond q=4 fm-1. (orig.)
