Device for burning material suspended in a gas mixture
Description
A feed line for combustion gas and a feed line for air or oxygen project into the pipeline for the gas mixture containing soot particles, which is a mixture of argon and helium which is produced in the reprocessing of nuclear fuel. The combustion chamber is 50 cm long. The feed line for feeding air or oxygen into the combustion chamber is tangential, so that a spiral flame is produced, which guarantees good combustion due to the turbulence of the gas mixture. (RW)

In die Leitung fuer das Russpartikel enthaltende Gasgemisch aus Ar und H2, das bei der Refabrikation von Kernbrennstoffen entsteht, ragt eine Zuleitung fuer Brenngas und eine Zuleitung fuer Luft oder O2. Der Brennraum besitzt eine Laenge von 50 cm. Die Zuleitung fuer die Luft oder den O2 in den Brennstoff erfolgt tangential, so dass eine Drallflamme erzeugt wird, die durch Verwirbelung des Gasgemisches eine gute Verbrennung garantiert.
