Method for determinig adenosine triphosphate in a radioactive environment
Description
The described method allows to determine adenosine triphosphate in a radioactive environment in particular in the presence of the Cherenkov radiation of a high-active radioisotope, by measuring with the aid of a liquid scintillation counter the Cherenkov photons and the total number of photons and thus obtainig the bioluminescence photons resulting from the luciferin-luciferase reaction as the difference
