Drift-orbit-driven flux and plasma viscosity in asymmetric toroidal plasmas

Description
It is shown, based on the kinetic definition of the drift-orbit-driven flux, that the drift-orbit-driven flux is related to either the toroidal viscosity, or the poloidal viscosity, or a combination of both. This result is the same as that obtained from the less direct moment equation approach [Phys. Fluids 26, 3315 (1983)]. copyright 1996 American Institute of Physics
