Description

In 1983 at the Regional Conference of IRPA, results were presented which were obtained during the startup of the first block of the Paks nuclear power plant relating to the dose levels in the controlled area. During the startup of the second unit the dose level values were also obtained. This time the experimental techniques were only slightly modified and a computer program called PAVDAP was used for evaluation, extrapolation and storing of the data. The most important modifications and some characteristic data obtained during the startup of the second block are presented. Finally, the dose level values for the same areas obtained by the two blocks are compared. (authors)
