Determination of structure and shape nanoclusters obtained in sulfidation of Langmuir-Blodgett layers

Description

Film structure and nanocluster shape formed by interaction of the Langmuir-Blodgett layers with hydrogen sulfide are studied through the ellipsometry and electrophysical measures. It is shown that the layers of Cd behenates and other metals have anisotropic properties, whereby the layers anisotropy increases after sulfidation. The shape the cluster formed is connected with sulfidation conditions (H2S pressure, temperature) and with the conditions of initial layer formation
