Dosemeter of ionizing radiation absorbed dose
Description
A dosemeter of γ-radiation absorbed dose, formed on the basis of silicon field transistor with an isolated bolt was developed. The bolted dioxide is up to 1 μm thick which permits its using for 50-5000 rad (SiO2) absorbed dose detection. A complex of modern physicochemical methods of investigations of initial semiconductor materials and structures for the dosemeter development were suggested. Electric circuit of absorbed dose index reading, based on four operation amplifiers, is presented
