Description
The authors have studied 3H-TdR incorporation rates of bone marrow MNC at different concentrations and incubation periods. The rates are compared with the viability of MNC preserved at different range of time and temperatures by means of 3H-TdR incorporation combined with Trypan Blue and CFU-GM culture methods. The result suggested that 3H-TdR incorporation was a sensitive and reliable assess to evaluate the viability of bone marrow MNC after cryopreservation and thawing
