Observations of H I in southern galaxies. I
Creators

Description
H I has been detected in 19 of 51 southern galaxies observed in the 21-cm line. A comparison of the present results with those of Fisher and Tully (1981) and Reif et al. (1982) for the same galaxies shows systematic differences that cannot be explained by calibration procedures. Two objects, NGC 2915 and IC 4662, are noted to be of interest in virtue of their high H I surface density. 26 references
