A study of the AgIn5Se8-GeSe2 joint

Description
AgIn5Se8-GeSe2 cross-section is investigated by DTA, X-ray phase and microstructural analysis methods. It is established that cross-section is quasibinary. Phase diagram is of eutectic type. Solid solutions are formed on the basis of initial compounds. Lattice parameters and their change in solid solution regions are refined. (author)
