Hierarchical structure of quark mass matrices

Description
We present a new Ansatz for quark mass matrices. Matrices have a form M K-1 N, where N,K are constructed from generators of SO(3) group. These quark matrices can be written in Fritzsch' like form and are able to fit experimental parameters. (authors)
