Description
To construct nonlinear theory of fluctuations in plasma in the general case of electromagnetic interaction the renormalization approach is used. The system of equations for pair correlation function of phase density fluctuations and renormalized function of linear response, taking into account nonlinear electromagnetic processes, fluctuations quadratic as regards intensity, is obtained. Proceeding from the concepts of unscreened fluctuations the distinct extraction of collective effects is carried out
