Description

A number of structural, electrical, antifriction anf physicochemical characteristics of molybdenum selenides substituted by niobium with the general formula Mo1-xNbxSe2 (0≤x≤0.1)are given. In the above given compounds specific electric resistivity due to the change of x parameter can be determined at any desirable level in 103 -10-3 ω·cm interval. All these compounds have high antifriction properties in the air as well as in deep vacuum. The physicochemical characteristics of M01-xNbxSe2 compounds make it possible to use them as part of composite materials on the metallic and non-metallic base. Mo0.95Nb0.05Se2 compound is put into series production
