Description

The Stripa Project is an international project being performed under the sponsorship of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA). The Project concerns research related to the disposal of highly radioactive waste in crystalline rock. The Research and Development Division of the Swedish Nuclear Fuel and Waste Management Company (SKB) has been entrusted with the management of the project, under the direction of representatives from each participating country. The aim of this report is to inform the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and the participants in the project about the general progress of work during 1989. (author) figs., tabs., refs
