Description
The ion distribution in the vicinity of the interface is important for understanding the mechanism of transport and accumulation property in all-solid-state Li batteries (ASSLB). Ion beam analysis is a powerful method to observe the depth profile of various elements in materials. We performed elastic recoil detection analysis (ERDA) for analyzing light elements including Li. The depth profiles of Li were obtained during charging and discharging of ASSLB. As the future work, we are currently developing a system for time-of-flight (TOF)-ERDA to obtain a more accurate depth distribution of Li. (author)
