Description
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission is currently developing an integrated suite of programs designed to provide an efficient framework for the use of nuclear safety analysis codes that will result in higher quality models and greater insight into calculated results. This suite of programs is referred to as the Symbolic Nuclear Analysis Package (SNAP). This paper discusses the capabilities of SNAP and provides an overview of the system design. (author)
