Dislocation contribution to the Ke peak

Description
Single crystals or macrocrystalline sheets of 99.6% pure A7 show Q-1 instabilities in the temperature range of the Ke peak. Slight deformations of these specimens cause the Ke peak to appear. The possibility is considered that the Ke peak depends on free or polygonized dislocations inside the grains
