Investigation of hafnium(4) state in malic acid solutions

Description
Polymerization of malic acid complexes with hafnium (4) of 1:1 composition was studied. Methods of comparative dialysis, ion exchange chromatography and spectrophotometry were used to study the state of hafnium malates in malic acid solution. Polynomial model of dialysis factor dependence on pH,-lg[Hf], [Mal]/[Hf] and t deg, C in a wide range of conditions was obtained. Polymerization constants were determined
