Interaction of osmium complex MesCH2CNOs3(CO)11 (Mes-mesityl) with Py3Mo(CO)3 in anhydrous ether solution in the presence of BF3 · OEt2 resulted in (CO)3MoMesCH2CNOs3(CO)11 complex formation. The yield of the complex was 7 %. The complex was characterized by IR-spectra and chemical analysis data
