Description

Computer calculations for maximums temperature of thermally stimulated currents depolarisation in the chalcogenide crystals at thicknesses of crystalline layers from 30 to 30000 nm, in relation with that current maximums shifting toward to low temperature domain. The shift value is determined by crystalline layer thickness and crystal temperature
