Accumulation investigations were made on trouts and carps in aquarium experiments to examine the uptake of radionuclides from water and labelled food, to estimate the biological and effective half-times, to prove the effect of non-isotopic carrier elements on the accumulation of the radionuclides and to calculate the transfer factors food-fish. Es wurden Versuche mit Karpfen und Forellen in Aquarien durchgefuehrt, um die Aufnahme von Radionukliden aus dem Wasser und aus der Nahrung zu pruefen, die biologische und effektive Halbwertszeit zu bestimmen, den Einfluss von nicht-isotopen Traegern auf die Aufnahme von Radionukliden zu untersuchen und den Transferfaktor Futter-Fisch zu berechnen.
