Charged particle emission stimulated by superconducting transition from YBa2Cu3O7-x ceramic surface
Creators
Description
Excited near-surface layer of YBa2Cu3O7-x HTSC ceramics was investigated by the methods of thermostimulated exoemission in low-temperature region, including Tc vicinity. A property of ceramic superconductors which have electron defects in the surface layer to emit charged particles during the transition to and fro superconductivity state is revealed. The property is conditioned by the re-arrangement of HTSC electron-hole subsystem related to the formation and nonradiative decay of excitons
