X-ray diffusive scattering intensity by crystals with heterogeneous distribution of complexes

Description
In the present work in the kinematic approximation of statistical theory, we describe the diffusive scattering of X-rays by the surface of an elastoisotopic crystal with cubic symmetry containing point-like defects in the case where the distribution of defects has an exponential form with a concentration decreasing into the depth of a crystal. The high concentrations of defects which correspond to the great Debye-Waller factors for statistical distortions, (2M >> 1), were studied
