Description
Transport of Am(III) across a supported liquid membrane (SLM) using dimethyldibutyltetradecyl-1, 3-malonamide (DMDBTDMA) in n-dodecane as carrier was investigated. The Am(III) transport process was facilitated with increasing concentration of carrier (up to 0.6 M) as well as with feed acidity (1-5.5 M HNO3). (author)
