Strategy for handling logical value of house events in risk monitor

Description
Risk monitor has a difficulty in handling the logical value conflict of house events in different event trees or sequences in a top logical model. This conflict is not handled by most of the fault tree calculation engine. A strategy that combined the pre-process and post-process was proposed in this paper. The results show that it could eliminate the conflicts between different values of a specific house event. It is demonstrated that this strategy could properly handle such problem in a real power plant model. (authors)
