Studies of a magneto polaron in GaAs/GaAlAs quantum well at finite temperatures
Creators
Description
By taking into account the interaction of an electron with both bulk-longitudinal-optical and surface-optical phonons, the magnetic field and temperature dependence of the self-trapping energies of a magneto polaron in GaAs/GaAlAs quantum well at finite temperature for arbitrary magnetic field strengths were studied. It is shown that the temperature dependence of the self-trapping energies are depended upon the magnetic field strength and that the electron-SO phonon interaction plays an important role
