Temperature of transfer to null ductility of shipbuilding steels and its connection with specific work of crack propagation

Temperatures of transfer to the null ductility (TTND) as well as the work of crack propagation at TTND are determined for a large group of new shipbuildng steels elaborated according to the principle of microalloying and conventional full-scale steels 09G2 and 10KhSND. Correlation between TTND and crack propagation work is stated
