Appraisal of three methods of assay for thyroglobulin in serum with thyroglobulin autoantibodies

Description
The serum Tg from 120 patients with the TgAb positive was measured by three methods including double antibody method, IRMA and chemiluminescence. Results showed that the values of Tg determined by the IRMA and chemiluminescence were higher than those by double antibody method. The present study demonstrated that the values of Tg in patients with TgAb positive were closely correlated with the thyroid diseases, the levels of thyroid hormones and the degree of the TgAb
