Description
The architecture of fault tolerant data acquisition system for the Fast Breeder Test Reactor consists of TDC 316 computer and PDP 11 computer, working in parallel. Plant signals are wired to both computer systems. Normally PDP 11/84 computer system supervises and controls the plant. TDC 316 computer system is a 'hot' standby. Operation and maintenance experience of the system is discussed. (author)
