Effect of irradiation conditions and chemical composition on radiation damage development in neutron irradiated steels and alloys
Description
The results of electron-microscopic investigations of steels and alloys irradiated by neutrons up to the 100 DPA fluence in the 430-530 deg C temperature range are presented. Dose and temperature dependences of concentrations and average diameters of voids, dislocation loops and precipitates are discussed. The effect of chemical composition on development of voids and dislocation structure in the 0Kh18N9T, 0Kh18N10T, Kh18N9, 0Kh16N15M3B, 00Kh16N15M3B, 1Kh12M2S2 steels and the 0Kh16N40B and 0Kh16N8OB alloys is considered
